Kim Staff is a Client Relationship Manager with over 20 plus years with the Croix Wealth team. Clients have come to rely on Kim for her dependability, trustworthiness, and thoughtfulness. She works closely with J.J. and Melissa to make sure clients’ needs, account maintenance and important planning follow up items are handled with the exceptional attention to detail.

She began her career in the financial services in 1995 working for a bank and went to work with J.J. in 2001 as his Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones. In 2003, she was eager to accept the opportunity to transition to the independent side of the financial planning business and never looked back.

Kim graduated from El Campo High School and attended Wharton County Junior College for 2 years. She is married to Mark and they have three grown children and one grandson. Kim enjoys camping, fishing, hunting and exercising.
