Susana has been a dedicated member of our team for over three years, bringing her expertise in customer service management, operations, and technology to her role as Chief Operations Officer. She oversees the seamless management of business operations, including client scheduling, marketing strategies, and helping ensure retirees receive their monthly income aligned with their retirement income plans.

Susana holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and brings over eight years of experience in the telecommunications industry to her leadership position. Her commitment to excellence and operational efficiency has been instrumental in enhancing the client experience.

Susana is married to Sabas and is a proud mom of three children. Outside of work, she stays busy balancing her role in the 100+ Women Who Care Wharton County and is continuing her education while raising a family. We are proud to have Susana as a key leader on our team and look forward to the amazing contributions she will continue to make.
