In his first career as a CPA, J.J. had an ambitious goal of becoming a Chief Financial Officer "CFO" for a large company. After finding that his passion for working with people was stronger than his passion for working with companies, he modified the original goal and became a CFP® professional. Now, instead of serving as a CFO for a company, J.J. proudly serves as a financial steward to his individual clients. In this role he seeks to provide the ideas, alternatives and strategies to help address his clients’ most important financial matters.
J.J. and his wife, Christy have three children. His hobbies include spending time with family, hunting, fishing and golf. He has previously served as the Boys and Girls Club President in El Campo, Rotary Club President of El Campo, local committee chairman for Young Life, past director of the El Campo City Development Board and as a trustee for the El Campo Independent School District. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member of River Pointe Church.
