Our newest team member, Susana Cruz, is a Client Concierge. She joins us focused on exceptional customer service which includes overseeing retirees’ monthly “pay checks” or income from their investments according to their retirement income plan with J.J. or Melissa. She also leads the operations of the business with scheduling client meetings and marketing.

Susanna worked in the telecommunications business for over 8 years and has a strong background in customer service management, operations, and technology. She is married to Sabas and stays very busy working full time and raising three young children.

We are excited to have her on our team and look for her to do amazing things!
